[Abstract] Objective To discuss the factors and prevention of intraoperative hemorrhage in cesarean section with scar uterus. Methods 120 parturient women with scar uterus who underwent cesarean section in our hospital between March 2010 and December 2014 were assigned to the observation group and other 120 parturient patients who underwent primary cesarean delivery in the same period were assigned to the control group. The bleeding was observed and timely hemostasis was done. Results There were 16 cases （13.3%） of intraoperative hemorrhages in the observation group and 8 cases （6.7%） in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P

横纹肌溶解症是因各种原因引起骨骼肌的急性破坏和溶解,释放大量肌红蛋白、磷酸肌酸激酶等肌细胞内容物进入外周血的一组临床综合征。其最大的危害，在于释放入血的肌红蛋白极易堵塞肾小管,导致急性肾衰竭。有报道，重症横纹肌溶解症临床死亡率在5%左右。
